City of the Future?

A future city surrounded by a protective wall with multiple roads criss crossing the landscape. Blue skies with lush vegetation carefully placed around the mega structures. A clean city of the future with no obvious signs of the population.

I wanted to create a really clean environment with a soaring building, blue skies , lots of roads as well as some scuplted mini parks. A future city but with no people, leaving the question where are they?

Is this a post apocalyptic scene where everyone has left the city due to radiation or impending alien invasion? Only the viewer can decide.
