Highland Sunset

This image was selected for the Cream of the Crop Gallery at Cornucopia.com.Created in Vue and on my current “Scotland” kick I created a sunset view of a loch with castle. After looking around on the internet I found a few nice photographs of Scotland and decided on a strong sunset (or sunrise) with some dense clouds at the lower levels. I also wanted to have a castle appear in the mist with a bridge reflecting in the water.

I added a few extra clouds in the middle right in Photoshop but other than that this was completely setup and rendered in Vue with post work on Photoshop for the usual sharpening, color correction etc.
